3. Registration and Accounts

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are clearly displayed before purchase. Payment is made via the offered payment methods.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, statutory liability provisions apply.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered office if the user is a merchant.
